Real Estate professionals in todays technological and economic environment must adapt and modify their business model to exceed expectations of the consumer.

In 2016 77% of the home sellers were more than happy to pay their agents commission. For years standard commission rates in the Seattle area have been at 3% for selling and buying agents. Clients have expected their agents to pay for marketing costs associated with listing a home. Those standard service costs usually include websites, photos, flyers, yard signs, and mailers to neighborhood of the sale and the like. But over the past 10 years technology, home staging, Arial videos and 3D tours have emerged in the market place, and agents have been passing those cost to their clients. I am changing all that by raising service excellence by including those added services and more, for the listing commission rate of 3% as part of my normal standard of care.
